Ministry of Regional Development RF has established efficiency criteria of Bashkiria authorities’ activity

A provision with childcare in preschool centres and a share of highways of the regional value not meeting standard requirements will become the main criteria for estimating activity of authorities in Bashkortostan. The Ministry of Regional Development of Russia has confirmed individual indicators of efficiency estimation of subjects’ activity of the Russian Federation for 2014.

The expert group has considered offers of regions on establishing individual indicators, which will be applied at summarising. It is confirmed only two individual indicators from among nine indicators reflecting existing problems of regions offered by each subject of the Russian Federation.

At the heart of the methodological approach is selection of indicators on which the region takes the worst positions in the Russian Federation. The preference was given to problems with the greatest social vale.

In most cases regions will be focused on improvement of living conditions of citizens and increase of available housing comfort (26 regions), decrease in death rate of inhabitants at able-bodied age (24 regions), intensity decrease in a labour market (15 regions), putting highways in a standard status (15 regions), increase of a share of disposed and neutralised waste (12 regions), increase of provision with childcare in preschool educational institutions (10 regions).
