Haidar Valeev: «Financial assistance is granted to election commissions of Bashkortostan regions suffered from flooding»

Per 200 thousand rbl. are allocated to the territorial election commissions of regions suffered from the flooding. It was announced by the head of Central Election Commission of the republic Haidar Valeev. The funds are directed on refurbishment and renovation of premises for voting.

“Polling districts were not in the area of direct flooding, but in a number of premises there was a leakage of roofs and walls because of rains, water supply and communication breakages,” the chairman of territorial election commission Gainitdin Gilyazhev informed.

Settlements of Abzelilovsky and Beloretsky regions were in the flooding area. On a single voting day —September 8, in Bashkortostan elections to the State Assembly - Kurultay RB of the fifth convocation will be held in which course 110 deputy mandates will be replaced, and also elections of representative bodies of local government will be carried out. In city districts, city and rural settlements of the republic 211 elective campaigns will take place during which 286 deputy mandates will be replaced.
