State Duma Deputy Pavel Kachkaev has taken part in an inter-regional conference on local self-government issues

The deputy of the State Duma from Bashkortostan, the Vice-Chairman of Committee on Housing Policy and Utilities Pavel Kachkaev has taken part in the inter-regional conference of public organisation «All-Russia Council of Local Self-Government».

Opening a discussion on pressing issues of local self-government, the Chairman of the All-Russia Council of Local Self-Government Vyacheslav Timchenko underlined that the federal legislation was ready to cooperate with municipalities, to offer options of problems solution which they faced with at the local level. Pavel Kachkaev said that more than half of Russian subjects let the public health services issues to be solved at municipal level, having provided execution of these powers by corresponding financial assets and having saved effective enough management structures in this sphere.

The Member of Parliament from Bashkortostan made a report at the forum «On new approaches to the planning and financing system of major repairs at apartment blocks and legislation perfection in housing and public utilities sphere». Pavel Kachkaev informed that for the last years many laws had been accepted concerning the sphere. Several issues and problems are solved but still there are many not settled items, without which solution further development is impossible.
