Sterlitamaksky "Ashkadar" hotel will be opened after reconstruction in 2014

The President of the republic Rustem Khamitov during his on-the-spot visit in Sterlitamak has familiarised with "Ashkadar" hotel reconstruction.

Originally it was allocated 100 million rbl. on repair of the building constructed 50 years ago. During repair works experts found serious damages of load carrying structures of the building. As a result the repair budget was increased to 150 million rbl.

“Now the facade and roof reconstruction is already finished, work on the first floor of a five-floor building proceeds,” the director of LLC "Rikom" Rinat Raimanov informed. “Guests are accommodated in 62 rooms where the repair is already finished. The building is ready for 65-70 percent.”

Owners count on a tourist flow in connection with opening of a mountain-skiing centre in the suburbs of Sterlitamak, upon Mount Shahtau. The complex will start working during the nearest mountain-skiing season.

The "Ashkadar" hotel is based in 1964. The total area of the hotel makes 3691,70 square metres. An opening of the renovated hotel is planned in 2014.
