Bashkortostan President has examined new buildings along Mira Street in Ufa

Rustem Khamitov has visited a residential complex between Mira, Koltsevaya, Lev Tolstoy and Maxim Gorky Streets. The houses were constructed on the place of old and inadequate for life barracks. The construction was started in 2010, all people living in emergency habitation were provided with apartments in the new houses.

Now two houses are put into operation, total five large apartment houses are planned to be build in the residential complex. The total amount of habitation will make more than 50 thousand square metres. An average cost of a square metre makes 45 thousand rbl. The complex infrastructure will include social objects: shops, banks and a private kindergarten.

A part of the housing falls within the social type.

“Ufa feels the lack of quality habitation of economy class,” Rustem Khamitov marked. “Dwellers of this residential complex are satisfied – spacious, beautiful apartments. They are disturbed only by "aromas" from oil refining factories. But this question is also being solved; we will strictly control over execution of the ecological legislation requirements.”

According to the President, deficiency of cheap habitation still remains a serious problem. There are also difficulties with land plots granting.
