The President of Bashkortostan has thanked deputies of the State Assembly – Kurultay RB of the fourth convocation

The last meeting of the spring session of the State Assembly — Kurultay RB of the fourth convocation takes place in Ufa. In the autumn members of the parliament will have an updated structure already. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has thanked deputies for their devoted fruitful work.

Rustem Khamitov underlined that he was sincerely grateful for the fact that members of the parliament worked in interests of people, considering the legislation through the prism of common people interests, workers of the republic.

The head of the republic also marked that laws, statutory acts which were accepted by deputies of the State Assembly, allowed mitigating negative processes, stabilising the economic situation. Decrease in economic production in the republic was not so strong, as a whole across Russia.

In 2010 there was executive powers change in Bashkortostan. And in this situation republican legislators displayed wisdom, patience and endurance.

“We made good progress regarding legislation formation on investments attraction. Privileges which are granted by our laws are unprecedented both on terms, and on scales,” the head of the republic considers. “And it gives results — large, significant constructions are started here, allowing to involve thousands of people both during the construction and after putting these enterprises into operation.”

Marking economic success of the region, Rustem Khamitov urged to estimate the possibilities objectively.

“Our republic is an economically powerful region. We have everything to be the leaders in the Russian Federation. We are the region included into top ten on industrial production, economic indicators, on growth of gross regional product. The confidence in it should not outgrow into self-confidence,” Rustem Khamitov declared. “We are in a competitive field. Our task is to reach indicators on gross regional product in one and a half trillion rbl. by 2016-2017.”

The head of the republic devoted special words of gratitude to the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB Konstantin Tolkachev.
