Speakers of parliaments of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan have discussed possibilities of joint legislative work

In Ufa the meeting of the Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay RB Konstantin Tolkachev and the Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Republic Farid Muhametshin took place. The parties discussed social and economic positions of the regions, issues of interaction of parliaments in legislative procedures, including the right of the legislative initiative on introducing federal laws into the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The joint program of heads of parliaments includes a meeting with the President RB Rustem Khamitov, and also participation in the events connected with a torch relay of the Universiade in Ufa, the press-service of the republican parliament informs.
