Working group of the President RF Executive Office examined a preparation progress of Ufa to the SCO and BRICS Summits

Ufa was visited by a working group of the Executive Office of the President RF for the purpose of monitoring preparations of the city to carrying out the SCO and BRICS Summits in 2015.

The Moscow colleagues studied the infrastructure objects and developed a passing route for heads of the state-participants of the Summits, members of accompanying delegations and journalists.

In particular, visitors were at the Congress Hall and familiarised with the project of major repairs of the building. The special attention was paid to safety issues of participants of the forums.

«By results of work a draft plan of delegations route was elaborated and prepared. Such close interaction with federal bodies is of great importance for Ufa in respect of observance and maintenance of all legal requirements to carrying out international events», the press-service of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization «Office-group SCO and BRICS "Ufa-2015" commented on the visit of the working group of the Presidential Executive Office.
