63rd session of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan will take place on May 28

The 63rd session of the State Assembly — Kurultay of Bashkortostan Republic will take place on May 28. Deputies confirmed the agenda of the forthcoming plenary session which includes 27 items.

In particular, the report of the Government RB on the implementation progress of the republican targeted programs in 2012 will be presented to attention of law-makers.

The Ombudsman for Children in Bashkortostan will make a report "On observance and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of children in RB in 2012".

Nine more questions, considered at the session, will be connected with confirming of nominees on the post of justices of peace of separate judicial districts of the republic.

Further deputies will pass to the discussion of bills. 14 republican draft laws should achieve the status of laws at plenary session. Among them there are: "On amendments to the Bashkortostan Republic law "On private medical practice in Bashkortostan Republic", "On amendments to the article 14 of law RB "On fire safety", " On amendments to the law RB "On commissions on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights".

The draft law RB " On amendments to the Bashkortostan Republic law "On the budget of Bashkortostan Republic for 2013 and for the planned period 2014 and 2015 " also is submitted for consideration in the first reading.

The draft decree «On amendments to the Regulations of the State Assembly — Kurultay of Bashkortostan Republic» will also be considered at the forthcoming session.
