Rustem Khamitov signed the decree about expenditures declaration by the state and municipal employees of Bashkiria

On May 17, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed the decree "On measures realising separate provisions of federal laws "On counteraction to corruption" and "On control over correspondence of expenses of public sector employees and other persons to their revenues".

As the press-service of the President RB informs, the document defines a procedure to carry out control over expenses of public sector employees of Bashkortostan Republic, their spouses and minor children.

The certificate on expenses is submitted over each transaction on acquisition of a land plot, other real estate object, a vehicle, securities, shares if the transaction sum exceeds the total revenue of the state or municipal employee and his spouse for the last three years previous to fulfillment of the transaction.

Also according to the decree of the President of Bashkortostan information on revenues, on property includes, particularly, data on accounts (deposits) and cash money means in foreign banks, on state securities of foreign states, bonds and shares of other foreign emitters; on real estate which is located beyond the borders of the Russian Federation.
