Preliminary inner-party voting to define nominees for deputies to the State Assembly-Kurultay RB at elections on September 8, current year proceeds in Bashkortostan.
Konstantin Tolkachev, the secretary of the Regional branch of United Russia, the chairman of the State Assembly-Kurultay of Bashkortostan Republic made a speech at the opening of the next procedure.
Konstantin Tolkachev marked that all tasks which had been set before elections of deputies of republican parliament in 2008, were executed and exceeded.
The secretary of the Regional branch also said about growth of average life expectancy of republican citizens, realisation of party projects in the region, construction of preschool institutions. In conclusion of his speech he marked that the future elections would be held in a quite uneasy situation.
“For today 37 political parties are registered in Bashkortostan, which will pursue their political goals. And all of us hope for tough competition in which course voters of the republic will be able to choose worthy candidates representing their interests,” the speaker underlined.
100 electors took part in the procedure of preliminary inner-party voting from two election districts. 15 «nominees for candidates» presented their electoral programmes.
On May 13, the preliminary inner-party voting will take place in Neftekamsk. The primaries will be finished in Iglino settlement on May 14.
