Deputies of the State Duma from Bashkortostan defend the small-scale business rights

The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the chairman of Bashkortostan regional branch «Business Russia» Raphael Mardanshin achieves making amendments to the law «On bookkeeping», accepted in December of the last year, ER.RU informs.

According to the statutory act, organisations using simplified tax system, since January 1, 2013 are deprived the right to releasing from bookkeeping conducting which they used more than nine years.

For small enterprises the law «On bookkeeping» will appear an unpleasant surprise, Raphael Mardanshin considers.

«Business Russia», regional associations of small businessmen, public and political organisations sound the alarm, achieving cancellation of this statutory provision on accounting.

“We have brought the draft Federal law «On amendments to the Article 6 of the Federal law «On bookkeeping» in the State Duma in November, 2012. Now it is considered in the Committee on Budgets and Taxes. Members of subcommittee on tax legislation practically unanimously supported our offer. It is accepted a compromise decision so far — to take a week more for the coordination of the project with the Government and legal department of the Presidential Administration. We hope for success,” Raphael Mardanshin underlined.
