Russians named Sergey Shoigu as the most known and supported minister – VCIOM
How do Russians estimate work of federal ministers? Results of new research by the Russian Public Opinion Research Centre (VCIOM) show that Russians better estimated the majority of ministers work. Among leaders of growth were Sergey Lavrov (from 3,66 to 3,94) and Vladimir Puchkov (from 3,23 to 3,54). Igor Shuvalov became an exception of the general trend, whose positions weakened (from 3,32 to 3,17).
The most supported minister of the Russian government is Sergey Shoigu. He is a single member of the cabinet, whose work was estimated by respondents for more than four points (from 4,16 to 4,19 points).
Russians gave other ministers maximum «three with plus»: Dmitry Rogozin – 3,4 points, Nikolay Nikiforov — 3,25, Dmitry Kozak — 3,23, Alexander Hloponin — 3,21, Vladimir Kolokoltsev — 3,20, Victor Ishayev — 3,18. The others got from 2,6 (Dmitry Livanov) to 3,06 (Vitaly Mutko, Olga Golodets) points.
The least known minister of the government is Michael Abyzov (71 percent of respondents heard nothing about his work).
The most recognised minister is Sergey Shoigu (only 14 percent of respondents did not know him). Sergey Lavrov is also related to the most known members of the government (34 percent of interrogated did not know about him).
Research was spent on March 30-31. 1600 inhabitants of 42 regions of Russia took part in it. The statistical error does not exceed 3,4 percent.
