Rustem Khamitov has met with the general director of the Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Foundation Konstantin Tsitsin in Moscow

On March 28, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has met with the general director of the Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Foundation Konstantin Tsitsin in Moscow. As the press-service of the head of region informs, the issues of further cooperation between the republic and the Foundation under programs on major repairs of apartment houses and resettlement of citizens from failing buildings were discussed.

From 2008 till 2012 Bashkortostan Republic has received financial support at the expense of the Foundation means for carrying out major repairs of apartment houses and resettlement of citizens in the sum of 10,7 billion rbl. (6,4 billion rbl. for major repairs, 4,3 billion rbl. for resettlement of citizens). According to the target-oriented program 1172 apartment houses (where 240 thousand people live) went through major repairs, about 16 thousand people moved from 603 failing buildings.

At the meeting matters of further realisation of these programs in Bashkortostan were considered. For the period from 2013 till 2015 the Foundation confirmed limits of financial support rendering to the republic in the sum of more than 4,7 billion rbl.
