Bashkortostan directed more than 440 billion rbl. to budgetary system of the country

On Thursday, the President of Bashkortostan, addressing to members of the republican parliament, expressed his confidence, that regions should have had more powers not only in reception of funds, but also in controlling-supervising part, in resources management, in decision of problems of housing and public utilities complex, wages.

“We prove it in the Ministry of Finance of Russia and at the level of the Government RF, and we speak about returning to federalism sources,” Rustem Khamitov commented on the situation. “I hope that we will manage to adjust figures in 2013.”

Last year the republic finished with quite good economic results. Bashkortostan directed more than 440 billion rbl. to the budgetary system of the country – by 16 percent more than in 2011. Bashkortostan rose from 51st to 44th place on rate of growth of tax and non-tax revenues to the consolidated republican budget.

Financial self-sufficiency of municipalities increases. From this year the tax levied in connection with application of simplified tax system, was completely deducted to local budgets, to city districts budgets – 10 percent. It will allow to replenish them for more than 500 million rbl. The list of municipal unions to which budgets personal income tax to be transferred is extended.

Among innovations in budgetary resources management is a three-year budget of the republic.
