Ufa youth policy institutions employees will receive wage supplement

Experts of youth policy establishments of Ufa will have wage supplement up to two thousand rbl. Such decision was accepted today at the session of Ufa City Council.

“Last year with a view of social support of the experts working in the sphere of youth policy, and these are 127 people, received wage supplement per one thousand rbl. by the decision of City Council”, the deputy head of Ufa administration Syntimir Bayazitov informed. “This year we want to increase supplement up to two thousand rbl. Following the results of work in 2012 it is possible to say that similar financial support influences fluctuation of personnel: people ceased to leave this sphere in search for higher earnings.”
