Bashkiria budget to be corrected

Deputies of Bashkortostan will consider amendments to the republic budget. The draft law on amendments to the republican budget was presented at the session of the Committee of the State Assembly — Kurultay RB for the Budget, Taxes, Finance and Property Issues by the head of the regional Ministry of Finance Ruzaliya Khismatullina.

The main amendments are connected with increase in volume of funds necessary for decision of social and economic issues, defined in May decrees of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. In particular, it is offered to direct additionally 2,5 billion rbl. for providing citizens with habitation, 570 million rbl. for kindergartens construction, 500 million rbl. for the network development of multiuse centres of state services rendering.

For effective use of financial resources while preparation for the international SCO and BRICS Summits the republican Government made a decision to involve the Fund for Sports Structures and Socially Significant Objects Construction. The draft law presented to the deputies provides granting of the subsidy in the form of a voluntary property payment for the purposes defined in its charter.

The republic managed to find additional funds for the decision of social and economic tasks owing to a stanstill on payment of the budgetary credit to the federal treasury, and also to the specified forecast of revenues from sale of shares and other forms of participation in the capital of state owned enterprises. Thus, blocks of stock of five economic entities were offered for privatisation. In this connection it is planned to increase the predicted volume of revenues for 2013 by the sum of 4,8 billion rbl.

Members of the republican parliament included the presented draft law on the agenda of the next session of the State Assembly — Kurultay RB.
