Next session of republican parliament takes place in Ufa

In Ufa the 60th session of the State Assembly — Kurultay Bashkortostan of the fourth convocation is held. The confirmed agenda includes 46 questions.

Deputies plan to accept seven republican draft laws in final reading. Among them are: «On procedure of departmental control over labour legislation and other standard legal acts observance containing standards of labour law in the territory of Bashkortostan Republic», «On amendments to the Bashkortostan Republic law «On justices of peace of Bashkortostan Republic», «On amendments to separate acts of Bashkortostan Republic in the sphere of municipal service». Work over the republican draft law «On amendments to the Administrative Offense Code of Bashkortostan Republ» will be continued.

The question on carrying out in Ufa parliament hearings «On problems of legal regulation of theatres’ activity in Bashkortostan Republic» initiated by members of the republican parliament Committee on education, science, culture, sports and youth affairs was put as a separate item in the agenda.

At the plenary session republican lawmakers will also consider 24 drafts of federal laws.
