The new structure of the Board of Guardians of Bashkortostan Social Fund is confirmed

The new structure of the Board of Guardians of the Social Target-Oriented Programs Fund was announced by Vladimir Balabanov, the Head of Administration of the President RB at the joint session of the Council of the Fund and the Board of Guardians on February 12. Its structure includes Marat Mirgazyamov, Shamil Abdurashitov, Minirais Usmanov.

Vladimir Balabanov informed that the Fund activity is connected with strengthening of social loading on the region.

The Fund’s means will be accumulated at the expense of transfers of socially focused powerful federal structures — vertically integrated corporations.

“All of them are socially focused, ready to help the republic, and actually do this. Therefore a number of contracts are signed on which certain assets will be allocated for realisation of social target programs of Bashkortostan. For 2013 it is hardly more than two billions rbl.,” Vladimir Balabanov said.

Agreements are already concluded with such organisations, as JSFC "Systema", Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company, INTER RAO UES, JSC "RusHydro", "Sibur" company.

According to the adviser to the President RB Gennady Bukaev, the Social Target-Oriented Programs Fund will assist similar regional and city funds.
