Michael Babich: «Electronic Government System should start its full-scale work in PFO regions»

The organisation of interdepartmental interaction and transfer of the state and municipal services into the electronic form became the main topic of the district meeting of the plenipotentiary of the President RF in Volga Federal District (PFO) Michael Babich and representatives of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications RF, deputy-chairmen of governments and vice-governors of the Volga region.

The President of Russia has set the task to transfer the state and municipal services into the electronic form and to bring the number of citizens using such type of services to 70 percent by 2018. However full-scale interdepartmental electronic interaction is not realised till now in all regions of the district.

“The Electronic Government System in all Volga Federal District regions should start its full-scale work,” the plenipotentiary declared.

Participants of the meeting recommended the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications to finish working out and testing of federal services in the shortest terms and also to solve technical problems on the Uniform portal. It is necessary for regions to accelerate transfer of the state and municipal services into the electronic form.

All enforcement authorities of the Volga Federal District regions will report on the executed work to the plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in PFO.
