Plenary gathering of republican parliament is opened in Ufa

The 59th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation is opened in Ufa and its agenda consists of 30 questions. The report “The state of legislation in Republic of Bashkortostan in 2012” will be introduced to deputies.

Nine bills can be passed in the final reading: alterations of the Republican laws “Specially protected natural territories RB”, “Referendum RB”, “Republican professional rescue services” and others. The bill “Alteration of the law RB “Privatization of housing fund in RB” can also become a law.

Seven bills will be considered for the first time, such as “Alteration of the Code RB” and “Alteration of the article 24 of the Family Code RB”.

Parliamentarians also intend to consider the amendments to the Republican Code about administrative violations of the law in the first reading.

Besides, deputies will examine nine federal bills.

Deputies will also consider the questions concerning holding the following parliamentary hearings: “Implementation of legislation RB concerning state support of socially-oriented non-commercial organizations” and “Challenges of up-to-dateness: on the way to high ecological development standards in Republic of Bashkortostan”.
