Deputies of Republican parliament determined aims for the forthcoming session

The chairman of State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkachev made a report “The state of legislation RB in 2012” at the 59th gathering of the Republican parliament. The speaker said that the last year was the period of active work on perfection of Republican legislation and would be remembered as the year of Russian history and the Year of happy childhood and family values.

The speaker has reminded that the present spring session finishes the work of State Council RB of the fourth convocation and at the same time solves the problems, posed before the Republican parliament for this year.

“The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov indicated the strategic guidelines in development of the Republic in his Message. People and their real life have to become the starting point in activity of authorities of all levels. Only all-sided modernization of our society and realization of “smart society” model can provide achievement of these high goals” – the speaker stated.

It was also stated that problems of ecology and environmental protection dominated in the system of priorities of modern society at present time and these directions traditionally remained principally important in Bashkortostan too.

“We have to undertake all efforts to avoid aggravation of ecological problems” – the chairman of Republican parliament underscored – “Our goal is provision of Bashkortostan’s step-by-step development, taking the aims of the Year for environmental protection into account”.

According to Constantine Tolkachev the aim on maximal protection of citizens’ rights stands before the regional parliamentarians now.

“Our aim is hard work on the bills concerning town-planning activity, rescue services, energy-saving and energy efficiency” – the speaker said – “Alterations of the laws, regulating problems of protection of population and territories from emergency situations, fire safety and road traffic, small and medium business undertakings will also become essential. Solution of problems in sphere of housing and communal services also remains a top priority for all of us”.
