A plenary gathering of State Council RB to be held on January 31

The 59th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB will take place on Thursday, January 31, and 27 questions stand in its agenda.

Thus, the report “The state of legislation RB in 2012” will be introduced to deputies by the speaker.

Deputies intend to consider 16 bills and eight will be passed in the final reading, such as “Alteration of the article 1 of the law RB “Referendum in Republic of Bashkortostan”, “Alteration of the law RB “Specially protected natural territories in RB”, “Alteration of the law RB “Regulation of town-planning activity in RB” etc.

Seven bills will be considered by deputies for the first time, such as “Alteration of the Code RB”, “Alteration of the article 24 of the Family Code RB” and others.

Besides, eight federal bills will be introduced to deputies during the session of the Republican parliament.
