Regular gathering of State Council RB will take place on January 31

The 59th gathering of State Council-Kurultay-RB will take place on January 31 in accordance with the decision, reached during regular meeting of the Republican parliament’s presidium.

The deputies intend to consider 16 bills and eight will be passed in the final reading, such as “Alteration of the article 1 of the law RB “Referendum in RB”, “Alteration of the law RB “Specially protected natural territories” and “Alteration of the law RB “Regulation of town-planning activity in RB”.

For the first time Republican law-makers will consider seven bills: “Alteration of the Code RB”, “Alteration of the article 24 of the law RB “Family Code RB” etc.

The report “The state of legislation in Republic of Bashkortostan” and consideration of eight federal bills are also planned in the course of the forthcoming plenary session.
