Project “Russia Needs Every Kid” is launched in Bashkortostan

“United Russia” project, called “Russia Needs Every Kid”, started in Bashkortostan today. The beginning of the project was announced at the first in 2013 meeting of the party’s presidium, www.er.ru reports. The Ombudsman for Child Rights in Bashkortostan Milana Skorobogatova was unanimously elected the project’s regional coordinator.
“Several rather strong programs for protection of children already started in Russia today” – she said – “Now we are launching absolutely new federal party’s project “Russia Needs Every Kid” and I pin high hopes on efficient implementation of this project on the territory of our Republic. “United Russia” takes the role of leader, coordinator, partner and diplomat, able to negotiate all branches of power for solution of the problems of children-orphans, upon itself”.
On December 19, 2012, the chairman of “United Russia” Dmitry Medvedev suggested that development of adoption and situation with orphans in Russia should be taken under special control. Taking the importance of the problem raised into account, “United Russia” launched the federal project “Russia Needs Every Kid”. The project will be implemented in parallel at federal and regional levels.
