Social housing program is approved in Kumertau

Residents of Kumertau get new chances to buy housing. Within the frames of the top priority national project “Accessible and comfortable dwelling – for citizens of Russia” local town council approved the program “Accessible housing for residents of Kumertau”, town administration reports.

The main goals of the program are housing construction on the territory of the town and its sales at social prices.

All citizens, registered as wanting to improve their living conditions, including young families, participants of federal, republican and municipal housing programs, citizens, registered as “minor orphans and children, left without parental care”, families, having three and more kids, whose age doesn’t exceed 23 years, disabled people, families, rearing disabled kids, and citizens, working at the institutions and enterprises, financed at the expense of budgets of all levels, have the right to take part in the program.
