Rustem Khamitov appointed new deputy Minister for culture RB

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed the decree concerning appointment of a new deputy Minister for culture RB Shamil Abdrakov, who headed the musical college in the town of Salavat before.

Shamil Abdrakov was born in 1980 in the town of Meleuz. He has finished the musical college in Salavat and Ufa State Academy of Arts later. He also studied at Bashkir Academy of public service and management by the specialty “jurisprudence”.

He started his work activity in 2004 as a specialist of culture dept in Meleuz administration. Further he worked there as a chairman of the committee for youth affairs and the head of the culture dept. Since 2012 he was working as the director of Salavat musical college.
