Rustem Khamitov entered Top20 of the most media-efficient governors in Russia

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov held the 20th position in the media-rating of heads of Russian regions, prepared by the “National Monitoring System” by the totals-2012. His colleagues in Volga federal district and in nearby regions hold the following positions: the head of Udmurtia Alexander Volkov is on the 39th position, the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov – on the 38th, Chelyabinsk region governor Michael Urevich – on the 34th, Penza governor Basil Bochkarev – on the 28th, the head of Chuvashia Michael Ignatiev and the head of Mordvinia Vladimir Volkov – on the 27th and the 23rd positions correspondingly, Kemerovo governor Aman Tuleev – on the 25th. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin is found two positions lower than Rustem Khamitov – on the 22nd position in the rating.
The highest indices of media-efficiency are demonstrated by acting governor of Moscow region Andre Vorobiev, Murmansk governor Marina Kovtun and Tula region governor Vladimir Gruzdev. Governor of Irkutsk region Sergey Eroshenko, the head of Samara region Nikolai Merkushkin, President of Ingushetia Unus-Bek Evkurov, the head of Khanty-Mansi autonomous district Natalie Komarova, governor of Maritime area Vladimir Miklushevski and the head of Volgograd region Sergey Bozenov have become leaders in their federal districts.
The lowest indices were demonstrated by governor of Chukotka Roman Kopin, the head of Lipetsk region Oleg Korolev and governor of Belgorod region Eugene Savchenko.
The index of media-efficiency is a qualitative index of information field of a person, organization or brand, which allows to measure media-efficiency of the object, found under investigation, taking the frequency of his/her appearance in mass-media materials into account. The rating is built on the base of analysis of more than 500 federal and 4000 regional editions: TV, radio, press, news agencies and internet editions. More than 920000 mass-media materials have been analyzed within the investigation period between January and December 2012.
