The IV congress of municipal formations RB is held in Ufa

The IV congress of municipal formations RB is held today in Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK” and the President RB Rustem Khamitov, chairman of State Council-Kurultay-RB Constantine Tolkachev and representatives of all-Russian local self-government council are taking part in its work. More than 1000 delegates, presenting interests of regional municipalities, arrived in the city to join the congress.

Totals of local self-government development in Bashkortostan will be summed up at the congress. Its participants will also estimate activity of the Association “The council of municipal formations RB”. Further prior directions in local-self government development and its problems will be also discussed. The list of such problems includes poor financial base for execution of numerous authorities, rather uneasy relations with supervisory boards and improvement of investment climate.
