Rustem Khamitov: “The Message of the President of Russia is directed to consolidation of the state’s unity and to strengthening of ties inside society”

On December 12 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has taken part in the ceremony of presentation of the annual Message of the President of Russia to Federal Assembly. Public affairs service of the President RB reported.

Members of Federation Council, State Duma deputies, members of Russian Government, heads of the Constitutional, Supreme and Higher courts, governors, speakers of regional legislative assemblies, clergy, and mass-media were present at the ceremony in Kremlin.

Commenting upon the Message of the President of Russia to Federal Assembly Rustem Khamitov said:

“The Message of the President of Russia is fully devoted to the problems of the country and is aimed at consolidation of the state’s unity and at strengthening of ties inside society. We work much on solution of the problems, posed by the President of Russia before us, here, in Bashkortostan. We do much for improvement of demographic situation – population in Bashkortostan steadily grows. We develop mass kinds of sport and hold various international competitions. Thus, world hockey junior championship will be for the first time held in Ufa in December-January and the VI International Children Games-2013 will be held in our Republic in spring. In accordance with the presidential decree we will erect and put the training Paralympic center into exploitation before December 30, 2014.

The country is strong if its regions are strong and this idea was the key one in the Message. The President of Russia has underscored that course, directed to further improvement of the political system, to consolidation of international agreement and unity of the country, to the growth of people’s well-being will be continued”.
