Certificates on motherhood capital will be issued till 2016

The program of family capital in case of birth of the second baby will work till the end of 2016, as it was originally planned, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has stated, speaking with the annual Message to Federal Assembly.

“We will certainly fulfill all obligations on this program and all second births or the families, where the second baby is born before 2016, will receive motherhood capitals and other preferences in accordance with the law”.

At the same time Vladimir Putin offered to think, what one has to do with this program after 2016.

“Beginning fr om 2013 we will pay additional subsidies in case of birth of the third and the next babies in those regions, wh ere the demographic situation is still worse that the average one in the country” – the President of Russia reported.

More than 14000 certificates on motherhood capital were distributed in Bashkortostan since the beginning of this year. More than 144 thousand citizens RB have received such certificates in a whole since the beginning of the program.
