Rustem Khamitov offered republican agencies to refuse from red tape

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov offered Republican agencies to refuse from red tape at today’s governmental meeting, devoted to administrative reform in the region.
The President RB considers red tape one of the indices of inefficiency of Republican authority in work with population.
“Reformation of executive bower bodies’ structure started ten years ago at the federal level” – the President RB reminded – “For this period of time the system of public and municipal services was substantially altered. It was the weakest point in the system of public management. Our Republic also joined this work. Power bodies of all levels implemented informational interaction. Administrative regulations of ministries and departments were approved and multifunctional public service centers were opened in many regions. Nonetheless we still face certain problems, which have to be solved and in particular we have to train our officials. Such training should be accelerated. We have five-seven ministries, rendering 80% of all services and we have to start from them”.
The general character of this movement is determined by the decree of the President of Russia “The main directions in perfection of public management system” from May 7, 2012. In accordance with it satisfaction of population with quality of public and municipal services has to amount to 90% by 2018. The share of citizens, using public services by “one window” principle should reach 90% already by 2015.
