Rustem Khamitov has met with leaders of the company Feka Construction Industry & Trade Inc

On December 6 the President RB Rustem Khamitov has held a meeting with the head of the company Feka Construction Industry & Trade Inc Abdulkadir Ferakhly, a member of the board of directors Zafer Eren and director of the company “Feka Construction” Ruslan Shamsutdinov. Problems of construction of a hotel-business center in Ufa and erection of a trade-entertaining center in Sterlitamac were under discussion.

“We are happy to such cooperation” – Rustem Khamitov mentioned – “We know your company as successfully working, providing high quality and as the company, which keeps its word. We are interested in the objects, connected with hotel and entertaining business and in social-cultural objects. Ufa and Bashkortostan will hold big international forums and, sure, we need modern buildings and constructions”.

“We determined two objects in the Republic, which representatives of our company worked with for more than three years” – Abdulkadir Ferakhly reported – “The first one is a business center in Ufa, where the sum of investments amounts to 210 million dollars and the second object is located in Sterlitamac and the sum of investments there will be 90 million USD. The Project in Ufa is a priority for us because we have to erect hotels by the forthcoming summits and Ufa faces no problems with land lots. There are certain problems but they can be solved; we have to provide the object in Ufa with engineering infrastructure and the head of Ufa administration will certainly help us here. There is one more little problem in Sterlitamac and as soon as we solve these two problems, we start working”.
