Rafael Mardanshin:”State Duma deputies from Bashkortostan will contribute to solution of the problems, posed by the President RB in the annual Message”

The Message of the President RB Rustem Khamitov, announced by him yesterday, already aroused wide public response. The Message is commented by public activists, deputies, business people and experts.

Thus, State Duma deputy Rafael Mardanshin called the Message absolutely new from the point of view of its form.

“Rustem Khamitov put problems of ecology and development of culture in the republic on the first place in his Message. For many years neither Russia nor Bashkortostan paid proper attention to these problems. It’s high time to change such situation. I am sure that in case of correct implementation of all Message theses our environment will be changed for the better. Solution of many economic issues depends on development of spiritual sphere first of all and according to the Message problems of culture also come to the fore. Plenty of village clubs and regional culture palaces need modernization today”.

According to Rafael Mardanshin State Duma deputies of the sixth convocation, elected from Bashkortostan, will contribute to solution of the problems, posed by the President RB in his annual Message.
