Akhat Mustafin: “It is important that the Message poses modern problems in IT sphere”

“Complex formation of intellectual environment is indicated as one of key priorities in the Presidential Message” – the rector of the Bashkir State University Akhat Mustafin said, commenting upon the Presidential Message – “I think it is important that the Message poses modern problems in IT sphere, in development of higher education institutions as well as of the whole education system in the Republic”.

The rector also supports the course to transition to electronic education, indicated by the President RB. This course presupposes formation of modern educational-informational sphere and modernization of the whole higher education system.

“The system of distant education is already well-developed in the world and in many cases such education is absolutely free of charge. Such system already exists at the Bashkir State University and now our main aim is to develop it further” – Akhat Mustafin mentioned.
