Rustem Khamitov: “Efficient parliament is a body of democracy”

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov raised the problems of formation of efficient managerial staff, addressing himself with the annual Message to State Council-Kurultay-RB today. The principles of “clever” society, created in the region, presume further increase of authority’s openness and implementation of IT into the process of public management.

“We need successful legislative power. In my opinion efficient parliament is a body of democracy and at the same time the mechanism for creation of legal basis for the rise of people’s quality of life, the center for elaboration of reasonable solutions, taking the interest of the whole society into account. For this purpose it is desirable to organize public groups of experts under every of its committees” – Rustem Khamitov mentioned.

The elections of deputies of State Council RB of the fifth convocation will take place in the Republic in September next year. The electors will stand before the wide choice – more than 20 political parties are registered in the Republic for today.

“Perhaps not all new parties will be able to receive deputy mandates. Nonetheless their voices have to be heard” – the President RB said – “I hope that our parliament will become an efficient discussion site for constructive debates and approval of the bills, really working for the rise of people’s well-being”.
