Constantine Tolkachev: “The Message affects all spheres of life, poses wide-scaled problems and indicates the ways of their solution”

“This is a spacious program document, which affects all spheres of public life, poses wide-scaled problems and indicates the ways of their solution” – the speaker of the Republican parliament Constantine Tolkachev commented upon the presidential annual Message – “I like the progressive approach of the President RB to solution of the tasks, standing before the state. In this connection I’d like to mark out the idea concerning the model of so-called “smart society”. The increase of authority’s openness, introduction of IT into the process of public management – this work is already running in the parliament. At present time all important bills obligatory pass public examination on open sites and in internet. Any citizen RB may join this work. I absolutely agree with the President RB that parliament is an efficient discussion site for discussion and passing of bills”.

Constantine Tolkachev has added that the work for implementation of the Message already runs. The plan of actions to make this Message a reality will be prepared and introduced in the shortest possible time.
