Polish Culture Center RB is rewarded with UNESCO thank-you-note

The Polish Culture and Enlightenment Center RB is rewarded with the thank-you-note of the Committee RB for UNESCO Affairs for active participation in the II international festival of languages in Bashkortostan within the frames of the UNESCO program “Cultural and lingual variety”.

Within the frames of the festival students of Bashkir State University’s philology faculty have made a presentation of Polish language under the guidance of a member of the Polish Culture and Enlightenment Center, doctor of philology Venera Ibragimova. The students were reading poems of such Polish poets as Adam Mitskevich, Maria Konopnitskaya, Leopold Staff and Vladislaw Bronevski and their translations into Russian language.
