Plenary session of Bashkir parliament to take place on November 29

Regular plenary session of the State Council-Kurultay-RB will take place on November 29. This decision has been reached at today’s meeting of the parliament’s presidium. According to the parliament’s speaker Constantine Tolkachev the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov will read out an annual Message to republican parliamentarians.

The agenda of the forthcoming session consists of 40 questions. More than 10 bills expected to be passed in the final reading, such as “Public discussion of bills RB”, Population health protection in Republic of Bashkortostan” and others. The bills “The budget RB-2013 and for the period of 2014-2015” and “The budget of the Obligatory Medical Insurance Territorial Fund-2013 and for the period of 2014-2015” will be passed in the second and the third readings at once.

It is also expected that “The forecast of social-economic development RB-2013 and for the period till 2015” will be approved at the plenary session.
