Bashkir parliamentarians form budget of the region for the nearest three years

Parliamentarians RB will consider the draft law “The budget RB in 2013 and for the period of 2014 and 2015” at the nearest plenary session. The draft law is directed to the parliament’s presidium for its inclusion into the agenda of the forthcoming meeting.

The main group of the amendments is connected with more precise definition of means of the federal budget, planned to be received for the sum of 4 billion 249,8 million rubles in 2013, 4 billion 91,6 million – in 2014 and 5 billion 172,6 million – in 2015. First of all this is the change of the volume of the goal-oriented means, incoming in the form of subsidies, subventions and other inter-budget transfers. The subsidies, planned for the republican budget in 2013, don’t have goal-oriented character and it will help to cut the budget’s shortage at 1,5 billion rubles.

The budget and tax policy of Bashkortostan in 2013 and for the period of 2014-2015 will continue the course, built on the principles of responsibility and predictability of the model for financial management with the purpose of preservation of social and financial stability in the region. Development of the income potential of the Republic and its municipalities for provision of well-balance of the budgets of all levels remains the key task of the Republican tax policy.
