Projects, aimed at making professional personnel database in the region, to be presented in Ufa

Presentation of the projects “The Club of Leaders” and “Vertical Flight” will take place on November 14 in Ufa Congress-Hall.

“The Club of Leaders” unites successful people with strategic thinking, striving for direction of their knowledge and experience to improvement of quality of business environment and investment climate in Russia. Members of the club use real opportunities to remove the main bureaucratic barriers, to inform the top leadership of the country about real situation and to influence upon the rates of economic development in Russia.

The project “Vertical Flight”, supported by the Agency of Strategic Initiatives within the frames of the program “New technologies for getting competences” is aimed at formation of professional personnel database. These professionals receive education in the course of solution of practical aims for business. The project is called to solve the problem of personnel shortage, which stands especially urgent before medium business in Russian regions. The project presumes formation of regional and federal databases of promising specialists, trained according to the special program and working with the individual projects, ordered by concrete enterprises.
