World Bashkir Congress will establish primary divisions in villages of Bashkiria

Regional and town congresses of the World Bashkir Kurultay (Congress) are held in towns and regions of Bashkortostan at present time. The executive committee of the World Bashkir Kurultay reports the establishment of primary divisions in big Bashkir settlements and villages is considered one of the key questions in their agendas. Such primary organizations are established for “mass participation of Bashkirs in realization of goals and aims of the World Bashkir Kurultay in all spheres of material and spiritual life – in social-economic development, history, science and education, culture, health protection and ecology, preservation and development of Bashkir language, religion, state development and formation of the institutes of public society and demographic policy”. Any primary organization can be established, if there are three and more people, wishing to become its members.
