Wide discussion of bills concerning conducting public actions is going on in Bashkortostan

The bills:”Places for conducting public actions in RB” and “Alteration of the legislative acts RB concerning conducting public actions” are offered for wide public discussion in Bashkortostan. The chairman of the State Council RB Constantine Tolkachev has mentioned in his blog that the document sets general rules for determination of places, where public actions can be conducted. “The Government RB will determine the places for such actions and every settlement will have its own “Hyde Park” – the speaker writes – “Thereby we hope that the dialogue between authority and society will be directed to a civilized path. Every person has the right to express his opinion, including with the help of meetings. But attracting public attention to some problems, one mustn’t forget other citizens, who don’t take part in such meetings but busy with everyday rut, so the law contains certain restrictions concerning objects of infrastructure, places for leisure, health protection institutions and state power bodies. We are waiting for your proposals and here we can discuss what places are the most suitable for public meetings”.
