Youth Chamber of Bashkiria approved the concept for development of youth parliamentarianism in the Republic

The youth Chamber RB under the State Council RB approved the concept for development of youth parliamentarianism in the republic till 2020. The decision is reached today, October 30, at the meeting of the Youth Chamber RB of the third convocation.

“The concept determines the vectors in development of youth parliamentarianism and in the first turn the matter is the understanding that everything in our life is regulated by legislation” – the chairman of the Youth Public Chamber RB Nikolai Samoilenko explained a new initiative of the Chamber.

The chairman is certain that all problems, which can be observed in life of young people, are in any case connected with certain gaps in legislation.

“The matter is either legislation itself or its execution and financing, so we intend to improve life of our young people through alteration of legislation. Besides, we are going to monitor that legislation should work in the form it has to work” – he mentioned – “If we see the problem, we offer the ways for its solution. If the points for prior development are determined, we pose these problems before the officials and either offer to enlarge financing or to pay more attention to development of some aspects, important for youth”.

The Youth Chamber offered about 10 amendments to the legislative body of the republic this year and five legislative initiatives were directed to the State Duma. All proposals are found under examination now.
