Republican public forum among societies of friendship with foreign countries to be held in Ufa on October 30-31

Republican public forum “International cooperation and popular diplomacy as a factor of development of public society and territories” will be held in Ufa on October 30-31. It is initiated by Ufa agency of international cooperation “Inter Partner”, Russian-German Friendship Society “Bashkortostan-Germany”, Republican societies of friendship with foreign countries and Public Chamber RB with assistance of the Presidential Administration RB, the Government RB, Representative Office of Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry in Ufa and Ufa administration.

The goal of the forthcoming forum is generalization of work experience of the societies of friendship with foreign countries, determination of their role in consolidation of international cooperation and development of municipal territories and public society, discussion of prospects of cooperation and joint projects. Representatives of Bashkir authority, heads and activists of the societies of friendship with foreign countries expected to take part in it.

Plenary session of the forum will take place on October 30 in the house of the State Council RB. Same day its participants will get to know activity of the societies “Bashkortostan –Bulgaria” and “Bashkortostan-Germany”. On October 31 participants of the forum will meet students of Republican higher education institutions at the Bashkir Academy of public service and management under the President RB.
