Paul Kachkaev has taken part in all-Russian meeting, devoted to problems of housing and communal services

The deputy chairman of the State Duma committee for housing policy and housing and communal services Paul Kachkaev has taken part in the all-Russian meeting “Efficient management of housing and communal services with the purposes of making favorable habitation conditions for people”. Within the frames of the meeting Paul Kachkaev has held a round-table discussion, devoted to modernization of communal infrastructure.

Within the frames of the all-Russian forum, held in Yekaterinburg, a field meeting of the expert committee for development of housing and communal services under the Government of Russian Federation was organized. Its participants were discussing the draft federal law “Alteration of the Housing Code of Russian Federation and other legal acts of Russian Federation” concerning establishment of regional systems for capital repair of apartment houses. The deputy chairman of Russian Government Dmitry Kozak has also taken part in the meeting of the expert committee.
