All fooled shareholders in Ufa will receive housing in 2013

Problems of fooled shareholders in Bashkiria will be solved in 2013. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov stated that on Tuesday, October 16, in Ufa administration. He has arrived in the administration after inspection of so-called “problematic” objects – the erected multi-flat buildings in the micro-districts “Sunny”, “The Seventh Sky” and “The Green Bank”.

“Building works in the micro-district “Sunny” are running quite well, though not as fast as we’d like them to be, but I am sure that erection of these buildings will be finished in 2013. At present time the House Building Fund works there together with the Realty Center – these are two solid companies we fully trust”.

Situation with the micro-district “The Green Bank” is more complicated, nonetheless the district will be definitely put into operation in 2013.

“From juridical point of view the situation there is the most difficult. The district is occupied by the company, which bears no responsibility before the shareholders. They want to finish this district and sell it and to tell all shareholders “Go away”. Here the authority fully supports the shareholders and we will undertake all even the severest measures to protect the rights of these people” – the President RB reported.

“Our main aim is to supply all fooled shareholders with flats and we have to solve this problem, even attracting the budget means” – the President RB stated and added that in order to complete erection of such “problematic” houses, it would be necessary to find about 2-2,5 billion rubles.
