Rustem Khamitov has discussed prospects of e-education with representative of Republic of Korea

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has held a meeting with the general secretary of the Council for university education of Korea M-r De Jun Khvan. The matter was the prospects of introduction of distant education technologies in education system of Bashkir institutes. Distant or electronic education (e-education) allows students to study, communication with pedagogues with the help of internet. The need in such services permanently rises and that demands an availability of a corresponding technological base from higher education institutes.

“The meeting was efficient and we managed to achieve quite real agreements” - Professor De Jun Khvan stated after the meeting – “The President RB decided to learn Korean experience in sphere of e-education. The trip will take place during the second decade of December. From my side I promised to organize meetings of the President RB with Minister for education, science and technologies of Korea and with the heads of several Korean companies, using and producing innovative technologies”.
