Republican manpower test center to be established in Bashkiria

Republican manpower test center will be established at the Bashkir Academy of public service and management under the President RB. This decision has been reached today at the gathering of the manpower commission. The center will test public servants and also those, who pretend to join their lines. Testing presumes the use of the newest technical means, including lie detector. It isn’t yet decided will be the use of lie detector obligatory for all participants of the future tests but it seems to be mandatory for those, who pretend to the public posts, connected with distribution of resources, organization of tender procedures etc.

“The life of officials in the Republic becomes more complicated” – the President RB Rustem Khamitov stated – “We will demand basic knowledge in managerial work from them, we will test them and raise their qualification”.
