Rustem Khamitov highlighted priorities in work of Bashkir parliamentarians

The 55th gathering of State Council RB of the fourth convocation started working in Ufa. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulated parliamentarians with the beginning of an autumn session and wished all of them efficient work on perfection of Republican legislation. The President RB has underscored that first of wall he is waiting fr om the State Council for the proposals on raising the incomes of republican and municipal budgets.

“We have too many specialists on expenses and at the same time just few specialists on incomes. Everybody knows wh ere and how to spend budget money”.

“We have to work on budget replenishment together” – the President RB posed the problem – according to our calculations we fall short of 10-15 billion rubles and this money can’t be called extra for our people”.

The President RB called the most important bills the deputies have to consider during the autumn session – the approval of the forecast of social-economic development RB till 2015 and approval of the budget RB. Besides, the President RB believes that it is necessary to continue working in such important directions as state support of small and medium business and development of state-private partnership and offered to learn the experience of other Russian regions and foreign countries in this sphere.
